I enjoyed this one-shot immensely. I liked the nod at Bones and i also liked the twins listening in on padfoot and moony listening in.

ChemProf! As to note #2: shock and dismay as to how you described Susie Bones! For you to torpedo a cherished fantasy of our dear Ms Bones (sob).
(sniff), I'll need to go over some Old-Crow fics to restore my equilibrium in the fic 'verse.
Actually, I appreciate you going against a cherished convention. It's great to rock the boat from time to time. Just like another fic where a PLAIN Daphne Greengrass who is mentally challenged due to heinous curses inflicted on her by her father as she grew up. Harry, having the courage and fortitude to assist her in her monotone-plea of help on her courses to avoid being pulled from school and placed in a bordello to work off what her family spent on her Hoggywarts education. A very touching story, especially since Harry doesn't need to be hooked up with a "PlayWizard" witch to find everlasting love and companionship.
Anyhoo, thanks for this little snippet and all of your other great fics.

Cute story, wish it were longer.

Good story
I knew the marriage contract was a prank when I heard the name of the girl, you always left me with the idea that you don't like Ginny. Which why I stop reading your story's at fan fiction and why I don't put you my alert list here, so I know there no way you make Harry/Ginny a couple.
I do think that your a very good writer, but I prefer to read Harry/Hermione story's that Ginny got over her crush and just friends with Harry. But I notice most people that like Harry/Hermione has a dislike for Ron and Ginny, tend to bash them in their story's

So when you get Hermione's parents involved your first choice would be Roger? ;)
I think what i like the most about this short sugary piece is the amount of fluff and the underlying "hints" at the reasons for not wanting to prank anybody... not everything needs to be spelled out every time.
All in all a nice variation on one of the "Harmony" standard themes... and perhaps even one of the more entertaining ones

But I like the second cliche (I don't know if I started it in 'Scenes from October' back in 2004 but may have). I liked how Hermione changed the cliche from fighting like an old married couple to fighting like brother and sister. Nice little story!

Enjoyable. Padfoot, Remus & the Twins may have enough sense to back off but one can't see Ron keeping his mouth shut. Cheers.

Nice one. I like the slight alteration to the DoM-battle. A wonderful butterfly effect. Further, i really do appreciate the machiavellian prank. If i should find a bad side, then it's a bit bland. It's a sweet feelgood-piece. As a first chapter in "Harry Potter and the Gates of Ever-After" it's perfect. As a one-shot, it's a little lacking in flavour.
Fanon. I did a double take at that Susan Bones-thing. I hadn't thought of that. So many things are taken for facts. There's no Daphne Greengrass at Hogwarts, nor a Tracy Davis. Except in Fanon. For a while, Hermiones parents were Dan and Emma, for the actors. Everybody borrows from everybody.
Thanks, and may Robert Lind in Kramfors bless your keyboard.

Actually, Daphne Greengrass is mentioned at least once in the books, in OOTP. She's called up in a group with Hermione, Goyle, and Anthony Goldstein for the Charms practical OWL. I think that Tracey Davis exists only on JKR's class list, though.

Looks like the spelling is wrong for this title, too. Well, the 'Seriuosly' in the main heading and URL differs from the actual 'Seriously' heading repeated below.
As always I enjoy your use of canon fact to support your H/Hr thesis. How the 'like a sister' thing could apply equally well to the kid sister who was underfoot and ignored for the first five years of the series. And the moment when Hermione was so badly hurt in the Ministry battle - that's a superb jumping-off point for a H/Hr epiphany.
Ron's 'big brother' acts being indistinguishable between Corner and Krum is something I hadn't come across much, so I particularly appreciated that point. Good one!
> I know Susan doesn't have much of a figure yet ...
BUT THIS IS JUST WRONG, *EVERYONE* KNOWS THAT SUSAN HAS A MAGNIFICENT BUST AND --
> I couldn’t resist taking a shot at yet another fanfiction cliché. This time it was the virtually universal ‘well-endowed Susan Bones’.
Oh. Okay then. :-)
Stepping back from the H/Hr debating arguments this was a nice feel-god story overall. From the idea of Harry (and Hermione) finally being able to kick back and relax in Sirius's home to the 'prank within a prank' idea. With its 'eavesdroppers on the eavesdroppers' reflection.
And of course the 'Hermione jumping on top of Harry' thing helped too. Which didn't have to happen in a tower surrounded by all of Gryffindor house, triggered by a quidditch game - QUIDDITCH! - to make it work.
Thank you for your story!

Nice oneshot. There's a typing error in the title.

Oops. And it propagated itself too. It's fixed now. Thanks.

A fun little story and I do applaud the discretion of both the two remaining Marauders as well as the Twins; some things you just shouldn't meddle with (I keep thinking of Kipling's line about "cock the gun that is not loaded, cook the frozen dynamite"). I do want to be there when the youngest Weasleys find out about this, the reactions should be colorful and entertaining.
